Inspection robot system of hanging rail for sewage reaction tank
The robot system can continuously observe the aeration of the reaction tank, intelligently judge the strength of aeration, reduce the labor intensity of personnel, ensure personal safety, and provide the basis for equipment maintenance.The intelligent video robot system is composed of robot body, guide rail, electric cover plate, charging station and monitoring background.
System functions:
1. Data acquisition function:
Video data acquisition: the aeration status of biological reaction tank surface was monitored by video camera;
Environmental data acquisition: the robot can detect the environmental parameters in the biological reaction tank
2. Motor function:

3. Self charging function:

5. Self test function:
The self inspection items of the whole machine shall at least include: remote control and telemetry signal, battery module, drive module and detection equipment; for any component (module) fault, it can alarm with obvious sound (light) on the local monitoring background, and upload the fault information; according to the alarm prompt, the fault components (or modules) can be directly determined.
6. Intelligent alarm function:

3. Real time state control of robot:

5. Data query statistics:

6. Electronic map function:
The system can provide two-dimensional electronic map or three-dimensional electronic map function, real-time display of robot position on the electronic map, real-time record, download and display the working state, inspection route and other information of intelligent inspection robot on the local monitoring background, and can be exported.The robot inspection path can be demarcated on the electronic map according to the task, and the task progress should be reflected in real time.
