Optical fiber temperature measurement system for dry type transformer
Product Application Description:
The traditional "electronic temperature controller for transformer" (JB / t7631-2016), which uses PT100 as the temperature sensor, only limits the measurement range below 1000V, and the sensor is made of metal, which has potential safety hazard. Therefore, the probe and lead wire of temperature sensor for measuring transformer winding temperature have higher requirements. The optical fiber temperature measurement system of dry-type transformer uses the fluorescent optical fiber temperature sensor independently developed by Beijing kaidexing company as the temperature sensing element. The temperature sensor is immune to electromagnetic interference and resistant to high voltage (100kV / optical fiber to ground outlet distance is 0.4m). Fluorescent optical fiber temperature measurement from the source of temperature measurement to completely solve the potential safety problems, improve the safety level of the transformer.
Objective of optical fiber temperature measurement system for dry type transformer:
1. According to the operation environment of dry-type transformer, the isolation and shielding of external
electrical interference signals are realized from power supply, signal input end, signal output end and temperature
control box shell.
2. No metal substance, intrinsically safe.
3. In view of vibration, dust, humidity, oil pollution and other working environment, multi-layer protection
measures are taken to make the optical fiber temperature controller have good electromagnetic compatibility and
ensure the stable and reliable operation of the temperature controller.

This product is very suitable for high voltage, strong magnetic field, inflammable and explosive temperature
measurement occasions. For example: high voltage hot spot temperature measurement of rail transit dry-type
transformer and other electrical equipment, photovoltaic equipment, switch cabinet high-voltage contact,
dry-type transformer, oil immersed transformer, medical, mining and other special environment temperature
measurement.
